| School Description |
The NW Institute of Aesthetics and Permanent Cosmetics, located in Eugene, Oregon, offers pre-licensing programs for both estheticians and permanent makeup technicians.
The esthetics program is 900 hours, and the permanent cosmetic program is a minimum 360-hour program focusing on cosmetic tattooing and small feminine designs. Continuing education is available.
School owner/instructor, Judith Culp is a licensed esthetician, CIDESCO Diplomat, licensed tattoo trainer and one of the first to become CPCP (Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional). She is a trainer member with the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. |
